You supply the artwork
Provide finished artwork that meets the print specifications for your chosen products. We confirm the file requirements before setup.
We set up the products
We create your product listings on Gearpress and handle checkout, payments and orders.
We make and deliver
We arrange printing, packing and delivery for each order. Products are made to order, so you do not need to hold stock.
We look after customers
We handle order updates, customer enquiries, returns and refunds in line with our published policies.
The partnership
You provide the artwork. We handle the logistics.
Your customers buy through Gearpress. We manage their orders from checkout through delivery and aftercare, so you do not need to pack parcels or run customer support.
You must own the artwork or have permission to use it on merchandise. We agree the products, print specifications and commercial terms before anything goes on sale.
