To meet legal obligations

prevention and lawful requests from public authorities.
For legitimate interests
We use limited information to secure and improve the store, prevent misuse,
answer enquiries, keep accurate operational records and establish or defend
legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights.

If we introduce optional marketing or non-essential tracking, we will ask
for consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who receives your information
We share only what is needed with specific types of service provider:
- Payment service providers that authorise and process payment.

regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum
to approved contractual clauses. You may contact us for more information
about the safeguard relevant to your data.
6. How long we keep information
We keep order, payment and accounting records for as long as tax, accounting

protect legal rights. Account information is kept while the account remains
active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Security logs and session
data are kept for shorter periods based on operational need.
We may keep information longer where a dispute, investigation or legal
requirement makes that necessary. When information is no longer needed, we
delete it or make it anonymous.
